Celebrating her spring break with a road trip to Florida, Kimberly and her friends are caught up in traffic on Route 23. After having a premonition of a horrific pile-up on the highwat, Kimberley panics and blocks the on ramp with her vehical, preventing other drivers from entering the freeway. Moments later, the accident happens, killing dozens.

Later that day, one of the survivors dies in a freak accident. Kimberley starts to wonder if the Fliught 180 incident (from the original Final Destination) and the events that followed weren’t just a co-incidence. Her only hope of surviving Death’s new game lies in Clear Rivers, the szole survivor of Flight 180…. who is currently locked up in a mental institition. Can Clear Rivers help Kimberly cheat Death one more time?
